Paisley Kinch

DSC06427-2.jpg

Paisley Kinch (she/her) is a senior at Point Park University where she is pursuing her BFA in Theatre Arts with a concentration in Playwriting. She began her foray into theatre when her first play was produced when she was 14 years old, but she maintains it was shallow and full of drivel. Now, she spends her time writing many plays in hopes to find answers to all her questions about the universe.

During her time at Point Park, she’s been able to explore many different aspects of theatre and create and work on a wide variety of projects. Her playwriting has been featured in the Raymond Laine Memorial One Acts Festival with her one act The Psychological Pitfalls of the Perpetually Single and this past fall her solo show I Am Ophelia was presented through Pinnacle Productions. She has also served as a dramaturg on How to Be a Heartbreaker with Bridges Theatre Company and Almost Equal To and Arcadia with the Pittsburgh Playhouse. Paisley’s also been active in devised work, creating and starring in productions such as An Evening of Shakespeare and What is Love? with Bridges Theatre Company, as well as When The Campfire Dies with Pinnacle Productions.

Upcoming and Recent Projects
